The objective of this project was to conduct phase two of an overhaul renovation to the Auburn University Student Center. This phase included demolishing and replacing all the flooring, wall coverings, and rubber base on the entire second floor of the structure, including within the cafeteria/food court area, multiple classrooms, and conference rooms attached to the main area of the center. Carlisle Construction strategically planned this project in several phases to facilitate the continued use of the building throughout the duration of the project, including occupation by students, visitors, and several large orientation camps. This project included demolishing all flooring and rubber base; providing and installing new VCT flooring and rubber base; and repainting all walls, including removal of wallpaper and preparation of walls when necessary.
