Carlisle delivered a 3800-square-foot, two-story bank out-parcel in a new commercial development. The pre-construction team managed the design and permitting process in a challenging municipal overlay district. This project included site preparation, building construction, and the installation of equipment such as a pneumatic tube system and ATM machines. Painting, parking lot construction, and landscaping were also executed according to the plans and specifications. Upon completion, the project provided a finished building, a surrounding parking lot, sidewalks, landscaping, and the installation of all required equipment.
