The Renovation of Bldg J 2535 on Ft. Bragg, SC consist of the following Scope of Work: Refinishing worn/damaged exterior metal panels; disassemble and removal of existing racking; deck leveling and repair to existing concrete loading docks; renovation to existing office space build outs (Interior finishes; ceiling grid system; flooring; painting; electrical); renovations to existing restrooms; patching to asphalt parking area/road; retrofitting and replacing existing electrical and systems hookups within the building.
