Carlisle Construction was responsible for the design and renovation of Synovus Bank’s 5-story 60,000 SF Broadway Tower located in the heart of Columbus, GA’s Historic Downtown area. This building supports Synovus from an administrative level and includes a fully operational bank branch on the ground floor. The facility was occupied during construction, offering many challenges. The scope of work included but was not limited to: Waterproofing the basement; Replacing the whole of the structure’s windows on the exterior of the building; Renovating interior finishes for each floor for new business units.
