Cason’s Tap Room is a tribute to Callaway Gardens’ founder, the late Cason J. Callaway’s pioneering spirit and fortitude. The restaurant and bar offer handcrafted cocktails, modern Southern cuisine, and the latest craft beers on tap in a setting that would make Callaway’s founder proud to entertain colleagues, friends, and family alike. Desiring to renovate an existing section of The Lodge and Spa’s dining facility, Callaway Gardens hired Carlisle Construction to bring their design to fruition. Scope of work included: New interior finishes (paint, wood staining, etc.); Custom Fabricated Stainless-Steel Bar & Countertop; Custom Fabricated Chandelier; retrofitting electrical to match new design layout.

The Lodge & Spa Conference Center Renovation included the complete interior finish refresh of the 28,000 SF space. This work was conducted in phases to allow for the center to maintain its busy schedule. Each phase was safely delineated with a protective barrier. Finish upgrades included: New Flooring; Wall Repairs/ Wallpaper Removal; Painting and Re-staining of all wood surfaces.

The Callaway Gardens South Pine Cottage Renovations was the complete interior refresh and exterior deck rebuilds of x220 1,100 SF cottages. This project was phased to accommodate the customers and families that annually visit the Gardens. Scope of work included: Renovated interior flooring with new Interface flooring system, upgraded interior finishes, installed upgraded furniture, installed upgraded interior lighting, constructed, and installed new exterior porch decks.

Carlisle Construction was responsible for the Raze and Re-Build of Circle K/Flash Food’s newest location in Thomaston, GA. The existing Flash Foods structure, as well as 2 adjacent properties, were demolished and combined into one site to allow for the construction of a new 4,300 SF Circle K Store.

Carlisle Construction was responsible for the design and renovation of Synovus Bank’s 5-story 60,000 SF Broadway Tower located in the heart of Columbus, GA’s Historic Downtown area. This building supports Synovus from an administrative level and includes a fully operational bank branch on the ground floor. The facility was occupied during construction, offering many challenges. The scope of work included but was not limited to: Waterproofing the basement; Replacing the whole of the structure’s windows on the exterior of the building; Renovating interior finishes for each floor for new business units.

Carlisle Construction was responsible for the white box build out of the new Synovus Bank Branch Location in Tallahassee, FL. Being located in un-occupied retail space, Carlisle construction saw to the instillation of new Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems. The Design also included: All New Architectural Finishes; Enhanced Banking Technology; Form Kiosk System Teller Stations; Uni-banker conference space; financial goal meeting rooms; A Modern Image Package with Local Graphics; and a New Slat Wall.
